2K Resolution
2K resolution (2688 x 1520) gives you wide screen high definition images for recordings and for live display via NVR or Home Computer. High quality 2K recordings ensure you capture features and events in high definition for easy identification. The camera captures 2K at 30 frames per second with a 112° field of view when fully zoomed out, this produces smooth video at a frame rate that will provide a clear image, allowing you to view a wide area and get detailed video of distant objects.
Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
Pan, tilt, and zoom cameras (referred to as PTZ) are equipped with the ability to rotate the camera around, tilt up and down, and zoom in on objects all via remote control from either the NVR, Computer, or MontavueGO app . The camera has a 355° rotation, 105° tilt, and 5x zoom magnification. It's also equipped with auto-tracking, which uses all of the PTZ abilities to automatically track human targets within the perimeter of your location. PTZ cameras can also be set to automatically patrol sections of your property or even react to other cameras being triggered with motion. PTZ is the ultimate form of security camera and can be used in many different scenarios.
Auto-Tracking
The camera has the ability to perform human auto-tracking. Using artificial intelligence, the camera detects if the target is human and then will be able to follow that target until they leave the area. The trigger will send notifications when humans are detected and then proceed to track them. The track time is customizable up to 300 seconds per event.
Active Deterrence
Equipped with active deterrence lights and siren, the camera will be able to deter individuals from entering the property. Red & Blue lights will flash upon activation and a siren will be produced from the speaker. The siren is fully customizable with longevity settings and the ability to apply a custom audio file, the camera also comes with pre-recorded speech warnings if the siren is too intense for your situation. Active deterrence can work alongside auto-tracking and dual illumination so that you can use all of the camera's abilites simultaneously.
Two-Way Audio
Using a built-in microphone and speaker, the camera can perform two-way audio. Designed to be used with the Montavue GO app from your smartphone, through your NVR, or from your computer, you can carry a conversation with whomever is near the camera at the time. Use your SMD 3.0 notifications to see who's there and then proceed to interact with them using the two-way audio feature.
Dual Illumination
Using two built-in warm lights, the camera will be able to perform dual illumination. This allows the camera to use SMD 3.0 to detect humans and vehicles and then proceed to activate the warm lights which will give the viewer a better color image of the event and the lights will act as an additional active deterrence measure. Dual illumination can be used simultaneously with auto-tracking and active deterrence features and is customizable with brightness and activation settings.
SMD 3.0
Smart motion detect uses AI recognition to determine if objects moving in front of the camera are human or vehicle. This helps eliminate false notifications, accurately activates the dual illumination, and ensures that all motion recordings are significant and not just a tree blowing in the wind. SMD 3.0 is an advanced version powered by AI within the camera to give you better accuracy from a distance at all times of the day and night.
Artificial Intelligence
The camera contains a plethera of artificial intelligence features including tripwires, intrusion zone, face detection, abandoned object, fast moving object, parking detection, crowd gathering, missing object, and loitering detection. All of these features can be used with our 4, 5, and 6 series NVRs or if the camera is being used as a standalone device.
IR LED Night Vision
The Infrared LED night vision of the camera has a distance of approximately 164 ft. Since this is infrared light, it will not be visible to humans so you can be assured that your cameras will go undetected if you so choose. With the IR LED night vision, you'll be able to see into pitch black locations and be able to capture accurate details of subjects. This camera does support low light color optics, however, if the sensors determine there is not enough light, they will activate the IR lights.
IP66 Weatherproof
The camera has IP66 weatherproof protection from the elements. Combined with an all metal exterior, this camera is virtually waterproof and dustproof. Not designed to be dunked into water, however, it can sustain constant water contact and dust envelopment without having any operational issues. Also boasting a temperature range from -22° F - 140° F this camera is suitable for nearly any environment.
Built-in Mount
The camera comes out of the box ready to go with a built-in mount. Simply adjust for vertical or angled placement depending on where you are installing the camera and you're ready to begin. The mount is made of sturdy high-grade aluminum metal with rust-proof coating enabling it to be placed almost anywhere.
Shipping Policies
Items are usually shipped out from distributor or manufacturer warehouse within 1-3 business days but sometimes can take longer due to verification or if the item is on backorder. Once the item has shipped out, delivery time frame within the United States is normally within 5 business days.
If an item is sold out or has been discontinued we may upgrade the item to something similar or better at no additional cost.
*Orders can only be shipped to physical address, for security reasons the billing and shipping address must be the same. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We also cannot ship to any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands.

Return Policies
*Software, services and "Special Order" items including Thermal Imaging products and Temperature monitoring solutions are not eligible for return.
30 Day Return Policy for Unopened Physical Goods Excluding Software, and Special Order Items
If for some reason you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase as long as it still brand new, unopened and factory sealed (with the exception of software, services, and special order items such as Thermal Imaging and temperature monitoring solutions which are non returnable). Items must be returned within 10 business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. that has been opened cannot be returned for credit. Once a product is opened, or the factory seal is broken, it is considered used. This includes product that was just installed to test. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. For refunds, there is up to 5% fee to cover merchant processing fees. If an item is returned used or missing any of the original packaging or accessories, based on condition of the product we may additionally charge a minimum 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund and will be returned back to customer at customers’ expense. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sales Tax
There will be sales tax for all items being shipped to NY. Sales tax will also be collected on behalf of some of our vendors for items shipped to certain states where Nexus applies.
