2K Resolution
2K resolution (2688 x 1520) gives you wide screen high definition images for recordings and for live display via NVR or Home Computer. High quality 2K recordings ensure you capture features and events in high definition for easy identification. The camera captures 2K at 30 frames per second with a variable zoom, this produces smooth video at a frame rate that will provide the clearest image, allowing you to view a wide area and obtain clear images of distant objects.
Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
Pan, tilt, and zoom cameras (referred to as PTZ) are equipped with the ability to rotate the camera around, tilt up and down, and zoom in on objects all via remote control from either the NVR, Computer, or MontavueGO app . The camera has a 355° rotation, 85° tilt, and 4x zoom magnification. This PTZ camera can also be set to automatically patrol sections of your property or even react to other cameras being triggered with motion. PTZ is the ultimate form of security camera and can be used in many different scenarios.
SMD+
Smart motion detect uses AI recognition to determine if objects moving in front of the camera are human or vehicle. This helps eliminate false notifications and ensures that all motion recordings are significant and not just a tree blowing in the wind. SMD+ is an advanced version powered by AI within the camera to give you better accuracy at all times of the day.
Artificial Intelligence
The camera contains many artificial intelligence features including tripwires, face detection, people counting and SMD+. Tripwires create a digital fence, when crossed, this creates a recording event that will also send a notification to the user when humans and vehicles are detected crossing. Face detection can determine particular attributes of people that go by the camera such as gender, age, clothing, or even expression. The people counting feature is great for businesses, able to keep count of people in an area or a count of how many people have come and gone through the day. All of these features can be used with our 4, 5, and 6 series NVRs or if the camera is being used as a standalone device.
IR LED Night Vision
The Infrared LED night vision of the camera has a distance of approximately 50 ft. Since this is infrared light, it will not be visible to humans so you can be assured that your cameras will go undetected if you so choose. With the IR LED night vision, you'll be able to see into pitch black locations and be able to capture accurate details of subjects. This camera does support starlight night color optics, however, if the sensors determine there is not enough light, they will activate the IR lights.
IP66 Weatherproof
The camera has IP66 weatherproof protection from the elements which makes this camera is virtually waterproof and dustproof. Not designed to be dunked into water, however, it can sustain constant water contact and dust envelopment without having any operational issues and withstand strong jets of water like from a hose or sprinkler. Also boasting an operational temperature range from -22° F - 140° F this camera is suitable for nearly any environment.
IK08 Vandal-Resistant
The camera features an IK08 vandal-resistant dome. Designed to resist high amounts of kinetic damage from projectiles or blunt weapons, this camera can be placed in potentially dangerous environments and can be relied on to keep working during and after vandals attack.
Shipping Policies
Items are usually shipped out from distributor or manufacturer warehouse within 1-3 business days but sometimes can take longer due to verification or if the item is on backorder. Once the item has shipped out, delivery time frame within the United States is normally within 5 business days.
If an item is sold out or has been discontinued we may upgrade the item to something similar or better at no additional cost.
*Orders can only be shipped to physical address, for security reasons the billing and shipping address must be the same. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We also cannot ship to any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands.

We cannot guarantee that your order will ship in a single box. Products may ship from multiple warehouses to facilitate a faster delivery. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped from the United States destined for an international destination may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the country where the goods are being delivered.

Return Policies
*Software, services and "Special Order" items including Thermal Imaging products and Temperature monitoring solutions are not eligible for return.
30 Day Return Policy for Unopened Physical Goods Excluding Software, and Special Order Items
If for some reason you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase as long as it still brand new, unopened and factory sealed (with the exception of software, services, and special order items such as Thermal Imaging and temperature monitoring solutions which are non returnable). Items must be returned within 10 business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. that has been opened cannot be returned for credit. Once a product is opened, or the factory seal is broken, it is considered used. This includes product that was just installed to test. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. For refunds, there is up to 5% fee to cover merchant processing fees. If an item is returned used or missing any of the original packaging or accessories, based on condition of the product we may additionally charge a minimum 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund and will be returned back to customer at customers’ expense. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sales Tax
There will be sales tax for all items being shipped to NY. Sales tax will also be collected on behalf of some of our vendors for items shipped to certain states where Nexus applies.
