4K Resolution
4K resolution (3840 x 2160) gives you wide screen high definition images for recordings and for live display via NVR or Home Computer. High quality 4K recordings ensure you capture identifying features and events in the best quality possible. The camera captures 4K at 30 frames per second with a variable zoom lens, this produces hyper-smooth video and still images at a frame rate that will provide the clearest image from a range of distances and angles.
Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
Pan, tilt, and zoom cameras (referred to as PTZ) are equipped with the ability to rotate the camera around, tilt up and down, and zoom in on objects all via remote control from either the NVR, Computer, or MontavueGO app . The camera camera has a 360° rotation, 115° tilt, and 25x zoom magnification. It's also equipped with . PTZ cameras can also be set to automatically patrol sections of your property or even react to other cameras being triggered with motion. PTZ is the ultimate form of security camera and can be used in many different scenarios.
SMD 4.0
Montavue's latest Smart Motion Detect 4.0 detects humans and vehicles to provide more accurate notifications than ever before. SMD 4.0 is the latest generation of smart motion detect ability from Montavue. With a 99% accuracy rate and further recognition distance than ever before, SMD 4.0 is sure to impress with its performance. Built directly into the camera, this uses onboard AI to detect whether moving subjects are human or vehicle, this prevents false alerts from being sent to the user via Montavue GO and ensures motion recordings only show human or vehicle activity.
Artificial Intelligence
In addition to SMD 4.0 the camera is equipped with artificial intelligence features like face detection, Tripwire, and Intrusion. Face detection allows for recognition of features based on the subject's face such as age, gender, expression, and even facial hair. IR LED Night Vision
The Infrared LED night vision of the camera has a distance of approximately 330 ft. Since this is infrared light, it will not be visible to humans so you can be assured that your cameras will go undetected if you so choose. With the IR LED night vision, you'll be able to see into pitch black locations to accurately capture detailed images and video of events. This camera does support low light color optics, however, if the sensors determine there is not enough light, they will activate the IR lights automatically.
IP66 Weatherproof
The camera has IP66 weatherproof protection from the elements. Combined with an all metal exterior, this camera is virtually waterproof and dustproof. IP66 ensures that even with constant water and dust contact, the camera will still be able to function normally. Also featuring a temperature range from -40° F - 158° F making this camera suitable for even the most hostile environments.
Shipping Policies
Items are usually shipped out from distributor or manufacturer warehouse within 1-3 business days but sometimes can take longer due to verification or if the item is on backorder. Once the item has shipped out, delivery time frame within the United States is normally within 5 business days.
If an item is sold out or has been discontinued we may upgrade the item to something similar or better at no additional cost.
*Orders can only be shipped to physical address, for security reasons the billing and shipping address must be the same. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We also cannot ship to any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands.

We cannot guarantee that your order will ship in a single box. Products may ship from multiple warehouses to facilitate a faster delivery. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped from the United States destined for an international destination may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the country where the goods are being delivered.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
Return Policies
*Software, services and "Special Order" items including Thermal Imaging products and Temperature monitoring solutions are not eligible for return.
30 Day Return Policy for Unopened Physical Goods Excluding Software, and Special Order Items
If for some reason you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase as long as it still brand new, unopened and factory sealed (with the exception of software, services, and special order items such as Thermal Imaging and temperature monitoring solutions which are non returnable). Items must be returned within 10 business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. that has been opened cannot be returned for credit. Once a product is opened, or the factory seal is broken, it is considered used. This includes product that was just installed to test. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. For refunds, there is up to 5% fee to cover merchant processing fees. If an item is returned used or missing any of the original packaging or accessories, based on condition of the product we may additionally charge a minimum 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund and will be returned back to customer at customers’ expense. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sales Tax
There will be sales tax for all items being shipped to NY. Sales tax will also be collected on behalf of some of our vendors for items shipped to certain states where Nexus applies.
