5MP HD RESOLUTION
The FD9388-HTV captures video up to a resolution of�5MP @ 20 FPS, which is 2560x1920 pixels. Every pixel added to your camera's picture gives you a higher image quality and more detail. So at 5MP, you're going to get a crisper, cleaner, and more detailed image.
2.8-12MM MOTORIZED VARIFOCAL LENS
The FD9388-HTV has a Motorized Varifocal Lens, ranging from�90� ~ 30�. This means you can easily and quickly adjust the zoom to your liking directly from the camera�s interface.
The Motorized Varifocal Lens gives you more control over your image. Optically zoom in to view finer details and a tighter shot. Or keep the camera zoomed out to enjoy the bigger picture with a wider angle field of view.
BUILT-IN MICROPHONE
Having audio capabilities in your video surveillance system can be an important feature. The FD9388-HTV comes with a built-in microphone, allowing you to hear and record crisp, clear audio without running any additional cables to power a microphone.

The FD9388-HTV has an Impact Protection (IK) rating of 10, which is as high as the scale goes. If a vandal wants to try to bust open this camera, more power to them. Literally, they're going to need a lot more power, because this thing is indcredibly durable. That's why these dome-style cameras are often called vandal-proof domes, or vandal domes for short.
UP TO 100FT NIGHT VISION IR RANGE

If you're creating a new system out of our VIVOTEK brandable cameras, set up is insanely easy with our VIVOTEK line of POE NVRs. Simply plug the camera into the back of the VIVOTEK NVR and you have instant video on the recorder's HDMI interface. You can also view and manage the NVR through free desktop and mobile apps, such as Vast 2 and VIVOcloud.
ONVIF COMPATIBILITY
If you want to add this camera to a security system already set up, that�s no problem. This camera complies with the protocols set by the Open Network Video Interface Forum (ONVIF). This means, as long as your current recorder is ONVIF compatible, you�ll be able to set this camera up with your current system.
Shipping Policies
Items are usually shipped out from distributor or manufacturer warehouse within 1-3 business days but sometimes can take longer due to verification or if the item is on backorder. Once the item has shipped out, delivery time frame within the United States is normally within 5 business days.
If an item is sold out or has been discontinued we may upgrade the item to something similar or better at no additional cost.
*Orders can only be shipped to physical address, for security reasons the billing and shipping address must be the same. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We also cannot ship to any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands.

Return Policies
*Software, services and "Special Order" items including Thermal Imaging products and Temperature monitoring solutions are not eligible for return.
30 Day Return Policy for Unopened Physical Goods Excluding Software, and Special Order Items
If for some reason you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase as long as it still brand new, unopened and factory sealed (with the exception of software, services, and special order items such as Thermal Imaging and temperature monitoring solutions which are non returnable). Items must be returned within 10 business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. that has been opened cannot be returned for credit. Once a product is opened, or the factory seal is broken, it is considered used. This includes product that was just installed to test. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. For refunds, there is up to 5% fee to cover merchant processing fees. If an item is returned used or missing any of the original packaging or accessories, based on condition of the product we may additionally charge a minimum 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund and will be returned back to customer at customers’ expense. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sales Tax
There will be sales tax for all items being shipped to NY. Sales tax will also be collected on behalf of some of our vendors for items shipped to certain states where Nexus applies.

How much storage do I need, and is it included?
It depends on the product. Complete NVR/DVR kits typically include a pre-installed hard drive sized for typical continuous recording, while standalone cameras and other components do not include a drive unless it's specifically listed on the product page.
